Google just released this short “online only” book called 20 Things I Learned About Browsers and the Web. Which is a step-by-step explanation of the web and how it works. It was created by the Google Chrome team using HTML5 , but it also features a lot of clever illustrations by award-winning German illustrator and children’s author Christoph Niemann.

I find the content very interesting and fun to read. There are some technical stuff at the beginning, but you can always skip that and go to the browser part where you’ll learn about malware, and keeping your browser & internet secure, etc.
